Browser plugin too large on small screens

The HTML embedding the plugin should be changed so the whole plugin is visible and there are no scrollbars on the page. Currently, parts of the plugin are only reachable by scrolling.

(experienced on netbook display with 1024x600 resolution, which is very common)

Plugin fills full browser window on Mac in Firefox and Opera. But when resizing the window, the etoys display gets corrupted.

Please ignore the external references spam on this issue. It happened back in March, and I turned off exteneral references, but they remain on this issue, as it's hard to delete them.
