Etoys installer checkes windows version and file layout and replace some file (browser plugin). As the script doesn't know what is the version number of Windows7 ("6.1"), it installs in wrong layout.
Basically Win7 is very similar to vista (version number="6.0"), installation could be same way. Proposed changes attached.
