You can assign this to me. But here's a couple of concerns of mine:

1) Is this just for setting up so that we can "herd" people to the web-site, or are we creating other forms of communication? If so, I'm concerned that we're diluting communication by having too many avenues for people to reach us. So far, we have: wiki, forum, 2 channels in IRC (#squeak & #etoys) and website. We don't want too many ways to communicate and have nothing to say (which brings me to point 2).

2) Who's maintaining these sites in the long term? Youtube might not need a whole lot of updating once tutorials are placed in there. But Twitter, Facebook and Flickr would need to be updated on a regular basis to be more interesting. You can certainly put this on my plate for now, BUT go to point no. 3

3) Where would marketing files be located logo file/business plan/pitch document etc.? We need an internal archive site for all of our marketing stuff. Emailing is not gonna cut it. We need a repository of information that people globally can pull from. We also need regional admins to handle content from each regions/language. But short term: I just need the logo files if you just want to create "presence".

Thanks!
