 Description  « Hide
The nav-bar (a.k.a. sugar nav-bar or tool-bar) is stressed for horizontal real-estate, and the presence of the "undo" in the nav-bar is arguably unjustified, because very few things in the etoy UI are actually undoable -- mainly just geometric and color changes.

[Note that (for example) the undo button in the nav-bar is not in any way wired up to the text-editor.]

I suggest that removing the undo icon entirely from the nav-bar, even at this late date, would be a positive for everyone. Eager to hear others' opinions on this...

if we do decide to exclude the undo button, the attached fileout might well accomplish it.

The Quick Guide Halo: Menu Tools should be updated so that there is no reference to the back arrow.

I am revising the whole set and will make this change. The main reason for the revision is that the Scriptors are shifted in the new version of Etoys and are not aligned inside the pages correctly. In the original guides they were centered at 212 and sometimes 208 if it made a better balance on the page. In the guides that open in Etoys 4 things show up shifted to the right. See an example look at Guide Halo Tools: Center of Rotation and notice page 1 Scriptor's x=227, page 3 Scriptor's x =228 and page 4 Scriptor's x=230.
