Kathleen's friend got a "let me find" box in the VM when trying projects on showcase.
She had an old Squeak installed, though still had the problem after the new install.
We should:
1) give people more instruction here (FAQ, download notes)
2) use javascript somehow to say "you have an old version, please upgrade"
3) check the upgrade experience ... make sure installers override old stuff
4) put a better/simply message box for non-tech users (you need to upgrade to...)
